Tesmec Group announces the strategic re-organization in France
Tesmec Group is excited about the strategic reorganization of its activities in France, aimed at focusing management efforts, strengthening its competitive position and exploiting synergies between the Group's divisions for the development of the local market.
A Stronger Local Presence for Greater Growth
As part of the reorganization the Trencher engineering, production, sales and after sales activities have been transferred to Tesmec France, which has the mission to expand its operations to include the Rail and Energy sectors too, while Groupe Marais is now focusing exclusively on the rental segment.
To align with our long-term goals and focus on specific French market needs, Tesmec Group is operative through two separate entities:
- Tesmec France
The newly established company dedicated to the technological development and production of Trenchers as well as to the expansion of Tesmec’s commercial presence in the French Trenchers and Surface Miners sectors. At the same time, it will serve as a strategic hub for the growth and development of Tesmec’s activities in the French Railway and Energy sectors, ensuring significant local value creation thanks to Tesmec global expertise. - Groupe Marais
The historical company continues building on its strong legacy in the rental business, focusing primarily on providing solutions for the energy and telecommunications sectors. This re-organization reinforces Groupe Marais position as a leading company in these markets and allows it to further cement its role as a trusted partner.
This strategic re-organization represents a significant investment in Tesmec’s local presence, positioning us as a reliable and innovative partner for French customers across multiple industries.
