TrenchTronic 5.0
- improve ease of use of the equipment
- increase productivity and make it less dependent on operator skills
- advanced diagnostic & troubleshooting
TrenchTronic 5.0 is an embedded electronic control system for Tesmec trenchers.
Following several years of development Tesmec has recently introduced a new release of the electronic control system - TrenchTronic 5.0 - for all version of the trencher and surface miners range.
TrenchTronic comes out mainly with the need to improve ease of use of the trencher, increase productivity and make it less dependent on operator skills: creep and load control (A+ mode) allow unskilled operators to perform much better than in the past, and the boom can auto-lower to reach a target depth, faster than manual operation.
Furthermore, all critical data of the machine (operating parameters, engine data, hydraulic system data, and diagnostic data) are transmitted regularly via a GPRS system and stored in a specific server. These advantages are now available across Tesmec new generation machine range.
The 7’’ HD touchscreen display has a modern HMI based on intuitive iconography. The panel can show you productivity metrics, such as: trenching depth, dug distance & volume, instantaneous productivity so that you can keep machine performance under control.
TrenchTronic monitors most of the electrical and electronic components, to increase machine reliability. In case of fault, the control system alerts the operator, by indicating the suspect components and the failure mode. Engine diagnostic information are also available.
All TT5.0 trenchers are prepared for plug & play installation of the most advanced optional such as maintenance pendant, radio remote controller and TrenchIntel.
The benefits of the TrenchTronic 5.0 are available across Tesmec new generation machine range.
